The Dadaists wanted to overcome established art and proclaimed »Dada wins«, so on the group’s 100th anniversary, I claimed on the cover of ART magazine: »Dada won!«

Today, the Dadaists’ means are omnipresent, which is why I casually crossed out the logo of ART magazine and claimed: »Dada won!« The editorial team was thrilled.
Less enthusiastic: the marketing department. Originally, I had made the bar above the logo twice as wide, but marketing objected.
Like my historical models, I printed the title and title themes with wooden letters.
Print it yourself—always better than using a font or faking it in Photoshop!
I was particularly pleased to slip an upside-down W as an M in Erik Spiekermann’s name ...
... long live typographical nonsense!
Not only the editorial team, but also the readers were thrilled.
